Team Members

Team Members are the whole reason why we are here!  We love to provide opportunities to those who need it.   Are you looking to become a team member here at We Grow Dreams?  Are you in a high school special education or transition program, or out of school looking for meaningful job training and employment?  Then contact us and schedule a meeting and tour to learn more about how we might be able to partner to make your life more rewarding!

Currently the monthly cost to become a team member is $175.  Team members are expected to work 10 hours per month and are compensated at the state’s minimum wage.  If you do the math, a team member gets most of this money back while they are working!  The remainder of the cost goes to general office and greenhouse expenses.  If you or someone you know has expressed an interest in becoming a team member here at the greenhouse, please contact us at [email protected]!
